Parent World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) said GARM lacks financial resources.
WFA claims no wrongdoing and will challenge Xās lawsuit.
WFA and other companies were the suitās named defendants, not GARM itself.
GARM allegedly encouraged advertisers to boycott X after Muskās buyout.
