3. Kalshi, Polymarket face Senate bill to ban sports betting as insider trading rules tighten
Senators Adam Schiff and John Curtis introduced the bill to restrict sports and casino-style contracts on prediction markets.
Banning regulated markets “would just push this behavior offshore,” a Kalshi spokesperson said.
