The plane was already restricted from long flights over water after a warning light suggesting a pressurization problem lit up on 3 different flights.
The blown-out door plug has been located, making further investigations easier.
The Alaska jet took off Friday evening from Portland and had the accident ~10 minutes after take off
United and Alaska are the leading users of the 737 MAX in the U.S.
